At American Rag Cie, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all designer tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the pre-paid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed via your original payment method.
